The visionaries behind Meridian Shores
Dahlia Aitova
New Construction SpecialistAfter earning her master's degree in foreign language education, Dahlia relocated from Russia to the United States in 1997. After 7 years of performing and competing as a professional ballroom dancer, she transitioned into new home construction sales in 2004 with Atlanta-based builder, Brockbuilt Homes.
She quickly became a multi-year top producer, specializing in guiding buyers through the new construction process — from lot selection to design personalization.
Today, Dahlia is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Agent in both Florida and Georgia. She oversees marketing strategy, buyer representation, and listing execution for Meridian Shores developments.

Troy Tilton
Strategy & OperationsAfter graduating from Gulf Breeze High, Troy relocated to Atlanta, and in 2004 started a career in the home improvement industry.
From 2012 to 2022, he served as Vice President of Sales and Expansion for a flooring startup that expanded semi-nationally, achieving annual revenues more than 100 MM. During that time, he also served as the company qualifier for General Contractor licensing in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, and Michigan — overseeing expansion efforts, sales training, compliance and operational standards across multiple markets.
At Meridian Shores, Troy focuses on builder partnerships, funding, land acquisition, and growth strategy. He holds an active Real Estate License in the state of Florida.
